No deceptive or blind links.
Absolutely NO illegal materal or activity.
NO viruses, codecs, autoinstalles, exploits, autobookmarks, dialers,
trojans, or hacker/warez sites.
Free sites must be preapproved by contacting us first.

Image Rules
Follow these SIMPLE rules or you will NOT be approved.
You must own the rights to the image(s) you are using to promote your site(s)
ABSOLUTELY NO underage people in your image(s). No scat, No bestiality.
ALL posts must be 2257 compliant.
Image size for PickaPicka sites: 150 x 225
Images must be in JPEG format
No text, borders, animations or script embeds in images.

We reserve the right, without notice, to deny new or delete existing accounts for any reason, including but not limited to inactivity, cheating, illegal activities or depictions, use of malware; Illegal activities will be reported to the authorities.
